Schedule of Fees

At Mangano IT Solutions we believe in a simple pricing structure. Our hourly rate remains unchanged for all technical support work.

Unlike many technical support providers, we dispatch staff quickly to ensure your productivity loss is significantly reduced. This will get your business up and running with minimal disruption. We don't charge a callout fee+, however there is a minimum one hour consult fee for all on-site visits.

Our regular support and maintenance clients receive a discount on the fees below. Please contact us to see how regular support and maintenance can provide your business with cost effective management of your IT environment.

Service	Description	Cost per hour
Technical Support On-site	A technical support expert will travel to your premises within the City of Brisbane+. Incurs a minimum charge of one (1) hour. Subsequent support is charged in 15 minute increments, or part thereof.	$140 ex
Technical Support Telephone Remote Access Off-site	A technical support expert will connect to your computer remotely from our office and assist you over the phone. You bring your equipment to our premises. Incurs a minimum charge of one (1) hour. Subsequent support is charged in 15 minute increments, or part thereof.	$140 ex
IT Consulting	Analysis, design, strategic advice and recommendations.	$140 ex
Outsourced IT	IT support contracts for ongoing operations and maintenance of all IT infrastructure.	POA
